Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in a full-service charge. We understand that emergencies happen and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
